Dr. Eileen O’Grady is a certified adult nurse practitioner  and a certified (PCC) coach with over two decades of experience in primary care. Throughout her career, she has witnessed the full spectrum of human experiences, from joy to profound unhappiness, encountering a wide range of disorders affecting the mind, body, and spirit.

Her work has exposed her to countless individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, and physical ailments that have left them feeling hopeless and upset. Despite the suffering she’s observed, Dr. O’Grady maintains a steadfast belief that internal change is the key to wellness. She asserts that many disorders and diseases, even those that cause significant distress, are entirely reversible through dramatic lifestyle changes.

This perspective offers hope to those who feel trapped by their conditions, suggesting that even in the face of deep unhappiness or chronic health issues, positive transformation is possible.

This isn’t just a vacation; it’s an intimate, life-changing experience shared with really interesting people. 

Renew, Recharge, and Pay Attention to Your Life

Attendees engage in multiple conversations, delving into their lives to name what’s flourishing and what’s faltering.  Together we explore areas for growth and release,  which can often be done only when one is not in their life,  but outside, in Costa Rica, looking  at it.   Past participants have returned home renewed, inspired, and equipped with life-affirming tools to pivot the areas needing  attention.    

  • A Wellness Week at least once, twice, thrice … in your lifetime to stop and think, to stop and breathe, to stop and reflect on what is really essential for you, for the ones you love is so worth it! This week was one of those for me, I got a chance to stop, to think, and to remember what the important things are. Moreover, the wonderful people I met and will keep in touch with!   

  • This was a great week to learn more about myself and what really matters.  I saw how I  was getting in the way of success.  I loved connecting with others desiring more wellness in their lives and the tools to grow wise.
