Let that S*^T GO!

If I could name one emotional well-being superpower, it would be mastery of  ‘letting it go’.  When others’ behavior or unchangeable circumstances  gnaw at us, we imprison ourselves.   By quickly accepting and releasing what we cannot control, we alleviate so much suffering and unlock human potential.  Learn to LET. IT. GO.

PS: this is not an invitation to ignore problems or take a completely passive role in our own lives, rather it’s to maximize our personal power.

PSS:  I’ve been at this awhile and making steady improvements.  Practice works!

Stunning Beauty and Strength

One of the optional things we do in Costa Rica during Wellness Week is ride horses through an old forest and end on the beach at sunset.  These beautiful animals seem to intuit human feelings.

I feel seen! I’ve been doing well with my stuff, but holding onto my mom’s treasures. Letting go of them feels like I’m letting go of her.

Right? The sentimental things ae the hardest. I notices that’s when clutter began, inheriting things that I did not choose. It can be done!
